Systems Analyst Associate - Revenue Cycle Applications
Job Description
SUMMARY:
Provides functional-level support to clinical or business units in the use of enterprise applications and other IT applications. Provides system analysis and design, system configuration, troubleshooting, training, and testing. Implements system scope and objectives through an understanding of applicable IT systems and industry requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Aligns work to organizational objectives.
Creates and communicates status reports in accordance with departmental standards.
Updates documentation consistently, following departmental policies and procedures.
Attends and participates in team, project, and department meetings to increase awareness and information flow.
Meets with customers frequently and provides frequent written status updates to customers, team members, and department management.
Reviews workflow processes and gives suggestions of technology solutions to customers.
With IS team solves production and maintenance problems, documents processes and creates action plans delineating steps and procedures.
Gives input into the development of training materials and conducts customer educational sessions.
Executes comprehensive testing plans to verify critical clinical or business outputs and system integrity.
Documents and prioritizes issues with vendor; stays current with vendor trends, strategic plans and technology.
Schedules loading bundles and fixes with vendor, systems group and customers.
Demonstrates ongoing dedication to expanding clinical or business expertise and applies new skills and knowledge to TMC situations.
Adheres to TMC organizational and department-specific safety, confidentiality, values, policies and standards.
Performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of clinical or business system analyst or operational experience with enterprise applications.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: None required
