Relocation Assistance Available!   $5000.00 Sign-on Bonus for Medical Surgical & Cardiac Units plus a higher hourly rate of pay!  Night Shift Incentive Program for all night shift RNs!                                                                        

The Tucson Medical Center New Graduate Nursing Residency Program is a one-year long program which includes: hospital orientation, skills labs, forums, interdisciplinary experiences, unit orientation with a preceptor, and monthly educational forums. We realize transition can be stressful and a little scary. This program has been designed to minimize these stresses. We are committed to your progression and look forward to the opportunity to make your transition into the profession of nursing  successful.

The Residency Program will start on December 1, 2025 

We have openings in the following Units

  • Orthopedics 

 

We now have opportunities in the following units for our January 2026, February 2026 & March 2026 Cohorts:

Unit 500 Cardiac Care

Unit 600 Cardiac Care

GI Lab

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Mother - Baby

NICU

OR (Perioperative Nursing)

Post Critical Care (PCCU)

 

 Candidates are able to begin their employment once they have obtained their RN License

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program. 

EXPERIENCE: None required. No more than nine months of paid RN work experience.
