Registered Nurse Employee Health Per Diem
Job Description
Provides nursing care/health education and guidance for hospital’s employees through first aid care and assistance to employees who become ill or are injured at work; administers immunizations/inoculations to prevent spread of communicable diseases; monitor employees’ health to protect patients and employees and to prevent accidents and illness; provides on-going health in-service education; provides assistance with pre-employment health assessments and alcohol or controlled substance testing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in nursing.
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of related nursing experience.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
