Our Clinical Nurse Leader role provides Registered Nurses the opportunity to utilize their leadership skills while also being a part of the bedside care team. This is a 33 bed unit that cares for patients with multiple diagnoses ranging from pneumonia to congestive heart failure to gastrointestinal bleeds. This is a unique environment that promotes team work, innovation, compassion, dedication, integrity, and is built upon a diverse group of talented caregivers.
Education: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.
Experience: One (1) year of nursing experience in an acute care setting required. Two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Licensure or Certification: Current RN licensure permitting work in the state of Arizona, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Additional certifications may be required per department.
