SUMMARY:
Come and join our growing TMC Recruiting Team! This role will partner with a Recruiter to provide support to a line of business by posting jobs within the PeopleSoft system and coordinating and facilitating the new hire process.  Refers applicants to specific job openings, schedules interviews, may pre-screen applicants for the recruiters, ensures all paperwork and licenses and certificates are obtained and validated for all employees.  Tracks all employment related bonus programs and payouts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Schedules internal and external candidates for interviews.

Receives and reviews applications to ensure completeness and eligibility for hire or rehire.  

Schedules applicant travel and completes relocation reimbursements.  

Conducts reference checks and processes criminal background investigations on selected candidates.

Maintains, reviews and data entry for employment applications in PeopleSoft. 

Coordinates relocation packages and communicates effectively with new employees, hiring managers and associated vendors.

Coordinates and tracks the sign-on bonus, referral bonus program, and related incentive programs; maintains related records, documentation and payouts.

Reviews personnel requirements and checks files for qualified candidates.

Provides general administrative assistance in recruitment to include scheduling appointments, meetings, and functions as needed and sending information to potential candidates.

Participates in job fairs, open houses, and other activities to attract qualified candidates.

Provides assistance to recruiters as needed.

Maintains recruitment tracking program.

Maintains application files for employment and transfer.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.  Experience may substitute for education. 

EXPERIENCE:  Two (2) years of administrative support or human resources experience in a team environment.  Must have experience with general administrative processes.

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: None required.
