Job Description
Tucson Medical Center in partnership with Northern Cochise Community Hospital are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to see patients in two rural health clinics.

What would your day look like?
- Broad array of patient needs and ages; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office with a clinic patient volume average of 18 patients per day.
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Special Conditions: Position is Safety Sensitive / Drug Free Workplace
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
MSN from accredited Nurse Practitioner program recognized by the Arizona State Board of Nursing
2 years' experience in family practice, preferred, but NOT required
Current, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse License
Current, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse License. Arizona Advanced Practice License as a Family Practice or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Current, unrestricted Arizona Prescribing & Dispensing License.
Current, unrestricted Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration.
Current, active privileges issued and approved by the NCCH Medical Staff
Current BLS/CPR Certification, or Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (Certified by American Heart Association).
Must be proficient using EHR/EMR for patient charting, placing orders, etc.,
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude and ability to effectively use computer software programs.
