The Position:

The position is for an experienced hospital employed, Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, with a minimum of five years of experience, to expand our service to five full time CRNAs.

The Compensation Package:

·         Base Salary:                 $350,000 (includes a maximum of eight (8) days of call per month)

·         Sign on bonus:             $25,000

·         Relocation Assistance: $10,000

·         Multi-year contracts are preferred.

The Schedule:

·         You will be one of five CRNAs providing Monday - Friday daytime anesthesia coverage, with one of the five serving as the On-Call provider.  Weekday nights and weekends have one provider on call.  Typical shifts are between eight and ten hours.

Scope of Services:

·         You will be responsible for General/Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, OB/GYN, and Podiatry and must be able to perform intubations, nerve blocks, central and arterial lines.

·         Mount Graham Regional Medical Center (MGRMC) is located in Safford, Arizona, and serves as the primary healthcare provider for both Graham and Greenlee Counties, otherwise known as the Gila Valley. .  MGRMC offers a wide range of services, including:

§  Inpatient Care: Med/Surg, ICU, and Obstetrics.

§  Emergency/Trauma Services: Available 24/7 for urgent medical needs.
