A collaboration between TMC Health and IES Healthcare extends a work/life balance to Anesthesia group members. This unique opportunity gives you the ability to self-select the desired number of scheduled hours per week and the number of work weeks per year.

ABOUT THE ANESTHESIA PRACTICE

·         Focus on General Anesthesia with options for subspecialty services in Cardiac, OB or Pediatric Anesthesia with met qualifications.

·         Subspecialty Services in Cardiac, OB, and Pediatrics have dedicated teams; with shifts/calls apart from General Anesthesia services.

·         Care Team model allows both hands-on and CRNA Medical Direction with a 1:3 ratio.

·         W-2 employment-based practice extends flexible scheduling options.

·         33 total anesthetizing locations

·         Cases include ENT, General, GI, GYN, Neuro, Surgical ONC., Ophth, Oral/Max, Ortho, Plastics, Pediatrics (9 Years +), Uro, and Vascular.

·         Opportunity to expand clinical skills with ASA 4/5 cases: high volume orthopedic surgical floor with extensive neuraxial anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks.

·         Call duties 1:7 includes one overnight (7P-7A)/month & one weekend (Sat/Sun shift) every 4-5 weeks.
