Processes accounts payable including maintaining records of amounts owed, verifying invoices, computing discounts, coding expenses, and preparing vouchers for payment; processes requests for expense reimbursements, payment of invoices, and disbursement of checks; processes accounts payable including maintaining records of amounts owed, verifying invoices, computing discounts, coding expenses, and preparing vouchers for payment.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate's degree in Accounting from two-year College or technical school preferred; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and training.
Experience: Two (2) years of accounting, payroll processing, or bookkeeping related experience.
Licensure and certification: None required.
