Full Time or Part Time Emergency Medicine Positions
Rotating Shifts & Nocturnist
Tucson Medical Center in partnership with IES, Integrative Emergency Services, an independent physician-owned practice management group is currently recruiting for a physician in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be BC/BE Emergency Medicine physicians with the ability to work full-time or part-time positions at Tucson Medical Center on day/evening shifts or as a dedicated Nocturnist.
Emergency Department Information:
Separate Adult & Pediatric Emergency Departments & Clinical Decision Unit
- Volume: 72,500
- Admission Rate: 32%
- Patients/Hour: 1.7
- Physician Coverage: 69 hrs daily
- APP Coverage: 50 hrs daily
- EMR: EPIC
- Dictation: Powerscribe
- Scribes: Optional (provider pays for their own scribe)
- PED Beds: 16
- ED Beds: 60
- CDU Beds: 18
- Shifts: 9 hours day/evening; 9 or 10 hours night
Required Qualifications:
- Board eligible or board certified Emergency Medicine physician (ABEM or ABOEM)
- AZ medical license
- DEA certificate
